Kudzu Root, or Pueraria lobata, is also known as Japanese Arrowroot, Pueraria montana, Peurarium lobata, and kuzu.

Kudzu is a perennial vine, native to much of Asia. It is a coarse, high-climbing and trailing plant that winds its rough vines around anything it touches, and has huge root, which can grow to the size of a human.
