Purchasing shop products signifies your acceptance of this statement and releases CYNCRAFT™ and affiliates from all liability.

SHIPPING:

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to customer errors in entering shipping information. If paying via Paypal, we will only ship to the Paypal-verified address.

We will ship your order within SIX business days. You will be notified when your order ships and will be provided a tracking number.

International Customers: Please be aware that you might have VAT charges or Customs fees due upon delivery. These are import fees/taxes levied by your country and are your responsibility to pay.

ORDER ISSUES:

CANCELLATIONS

A cancellation must be requested within 24 hours after placing order.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: cyncraft.com@gmail.com in order to start the return/exchange process.

RETURNS

As many our items are perishable plant products and personal body care and hygiene items, returns are rarely allowed and only under special circumstances (wrong item sent, package not received, arriving damaged).

If you feel you should qualify for a return, you must contact us for a return approval within 14 days of delivery date.

If your return is approved, it is expected that the items be returned unused and in the same condition they were received, including original packaging and invoice/receipt.

The returned package must have a tracking number and be postmarked within 21 days of delivery date.

Unapproved returns will be refused.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within three business days. Although a Paypal refund shows up almost immediately, some banks and credit cards might take longer to process the credit, even up to 30 days.

Shipping costs may or may not be refundable, depending on the reason for the return.
