Enjoy this Specialtea blend, made from 100% organic ingredients. This caffeine-free blend is specially formulated for the ladies, for comfort during the "moon time."

Contains: raspberry leaf, feverfew, cramp bark, yarrow, red clover, parsley, dandelion root, and stevia (natural sweetener). Although this blend has some sweetening herbs, a bit of honey would be lovely in this tea.

-Instructions: 1-2 teaspoons per 6-8 ounces of boiling water, brewed for 3-7 minutes (longer=stronger)
