Contains: vitex, raspberry leaf, black cohosh, eleuthero, rhodiola, fennel, angelica, dong quai, licorice root, feverfew, ginkgo, mint, and a sprinkling of stevia (natural sweetener).

This tea blend is very earthy/herbal in its flavor, and due to the strong ingredients, it can have a bit of a bitter aftertaste. Although the stevia and mint sweeten it a bit, you can mellow the taste and sweeten further with some honey or coconut milk.
